dreamGEAR, LLC warrants products purchased on this
website, against defects in material
or workmanship as follow:
- Labor: for a period of 90 days from date of purchase,
if the product is determined to be defective, dreamGEAR,
LLC will repair or replace the product, at its option,
at no charge. After the Warranty Period, customer
pays for all labor charges.
- Parts: dreamGEAR, LLC will supply, at no charge,
new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective
parts for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
- To obtain warranty service you must submit a
Return Merchandise Authorization Form to
dreamGEAR, via Fax or
E-mail.
- Upon receipt of the completed
Return Merchandise Authorization Form,
dreamGEAR, LLC will provide you with a RMA#, which
will need to be used, in order to return the
product.
- Product must be delivered to dreamGEAR, LLC via
Freight Prepaid, in packaging affording
sufficient protection, to:
dreamGEAR, LLC.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or
damage due to misuse, negligence or modification of
the product. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill
of sale, which is evidence that the product is within
the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty
